Happy Friday from the windy Northwest where we had a major windstorm like I've never seen yesterday--trees are down everywhere, power lines are across the roads, it took out my fence and my daughter's trampoline, and only one road is passable on my side of the island. I can't even explain how it feels to hear those tree crack and start to come down as you don't know where they're going to land! Luckily, my family and I are all safe but we are still digging out from the storm. Needless to say, our power is out which also means that unfortunately my upcoming Friessens release will be delayed due to the storm, but I hope to have I'LL ALWAYS LOVE YOU available soon. Hoping your winter has started out a little calmer than mine & wishing you a wonderful weekend!

Glad you made it safely through the storm. After the fire at Paradise, CA, the storm is both a blessing and a bane. The debris from the storm can contaminate the whole drinking water supply in California. It is going to take a Christmas miracle.

keeping you prayers along with all those who are with out power, you can cook on a kareasen SP stove, you just have to be careful and you can heat water for tea, soup and coffee if you have and old fashion coffee pot or instant coffee. I know your told not to do that, but hay a ho meal always makes you feel better. take care of you and your family.
