This is a rule of law that surprisingly very few know about, found in the United States and Canada, wherein a minor can choose or reject a particular healthcare treatment without the knowledge or agreement of parents and is permitted to do so. In certain jurisdictions, the age of medical consent varies.
In BC, in Canada, the Infants Act states that a child may consent to a medical treatment on his or her own as long as a healthcare provider is sure the treatment is in the child’s best interest. It also states the child must understand the details of the treatment, including risks and benefits, but it is ultimately up to the healthcare provider to assess and ensure the child’s understanding of the treatment. Now, I’m speaking on this with tongue in cheek, because the way this is worded would have people believing healthcare providers know what is best. They are scientists, people who are flawed, just like you and me, and should never have more power than the average person. You should do your own research on anything they say and never take them at face value. Remember getting a second opinion?
If your alarm bells aren’t going off after reading the above or if you haven’t broken out in a cold sweat yet at the power of the state against you, you need to understand that this is a dangerous act that basically strips parents of their rights. A healthcare provider has the ultimate power to make decisions for your children. Again, let me point out that this act applies to children under nineteen. So if you have a three-year-old, a public health nurse could decide to inject something in your child, saying it’s in his or her best interest. Sure, I read the part about the child having to understand the risk, but good luck ever getting that to stand up, because the state, so to speak, is on the side of the health provider. (Again, I cannot stress enough that you have to do your own research and stop handing power over to anyone who has an MD, PHD, or Johns Hopkins University degree behind them.)
But wait! When you dig into this law, you realize it goes as far as to say that the records and medical decisions of children will not be shared with their parents unless a child decides to do so. So if your child is suddenly sick for some reason or has a reaction because of an injection you know nothing about, you as a parent have no legal recourse. Suddenly, there are secret records you don’t have access to.
Now let’s define “healthcare provider.” In BC, a healthcare provider is a person licensed, certified, or registered in British Columbia to provide health care. This act includes the term “consent of infants” (as in babies), saying an infant may consent to health care whether or not that health care would, in the absence of consent, constitute a trespass to the infant’s person, and if an infant provides that consent, the consent is effective and it is not necessary to obtain a consent to the health care from the infant’s parent or guardian.
If anyone wants to dive deep into the legal act, I’m providing a link, https://www.bclaws.gov.bc.ca/civix/document/id/complete/statreg/96223_01#section12, but I encourage you to look into ALL the laws put in place in your area behind the scenes, behind your back, with respect to your children. NOT their children. Yours.
Let’s look at Canada again, specifically at euthanasia. The government here is proud of MAID, medical assistance in dying. I saw some published numbers claiming that in 2021 alone, MAID was administered to some ten thousand people. But a piece is missing in this discussion. To convince children that euthanasia is okay, a workbook was created for children ages six to twelve: https://www.virtualhospice.ca/maid/media/3bdlkrve/maid-activity-book.pdf
Some people will note that it says euthanasia is not allowed on children. In fact, the booklet states a person can have euthanasia if he or she is over the age of eighteen. But hold on a second! On March 17, 2021, Bill C-17 was introduced (another bill most have no idea is in the works). That bill includes a review of the eligibility of mature minors and those with mental illness for MAID: https://www.dyingwithdignity.ca/blog/pr_mature_minors/.
I’ve mentioned in prior blogs the importance of knowing your history, and I’m not talking about the history written by the victors. Do your research and question everything. You may find something other than what I dig up, something even more sinister. Most people know about the genocide of European Jews, but how many know about what happened two years before that, the child euthanasia in Nazi Germany?
Kinder-Euthanasie was the name given to the organized killing of mentally and physically disabled children up to sixteen years old. According to Wikipedia, at least five thousand children were victims of this program, which preceded the murder of children in the concentration camps. Personally, I believe that number is low, as Wikipedia is known for distorting or altering facts: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Child_euthanasia_in_Nazi_Germany.
Now, this program, and I use the term loosely, because calling something this evil a name other than mass murder feels wrong, was one of many radical eugenics programs created by monsters in charge of countries to, as they said, restore the racial integrity of the nation. Calling it euthanasia instead of mass murder is, I suppose, a tool of programming along the lines of MK Ultra so that people can sleep at night. Also in place were forced sterilization programs to essentially weed out genetic defects to create a master race.
Please do not forget who was involved in this: scientists and doctors. A law was created in which a diagnosis of “feeblemindedness, epilepsy” was grounds for forced sterilization. This targeted roughly three hundred to four hundred thousand people. In 1939, a decree empowered physicians to grant a “mercy death” to people considered incurable according to their judgment. This euthanasia program was not to relieve the suffering of the chronically ill but to exterminate the mentally ill and the handicapped, who were considered genetically defective and a financial burden to society. At the same time, no official euthanasia law was on the books. Wonder how that works? Well, unlike forced sterilizations, the killing of patients in mental asylums and other places was carried out in secrecy under the code name Operation T4.
Ever wonder how many secret projects are currently underway, unbeknownst to all of us? I think you may all be horrified to learn about the ones below, and these are only scratching the surface:
Operation Mockingbird: Controlling public opinion using mass media?
MK Ultra: This project is sometimes also referred to as the CIA’s “mind control program.” The storyline reads like something out of a dystopian sci-fi movie. Cathy O’Brian is a survivor of this and outlines in horrific detail all the politicians and leaders who were part of it at https://trance-formation.com.
Project Paperclip: You should look into this one! Use the TOR browser, not Google.
Operation COINTELPRO: A series of covert and often illegal projects conducted by the US FBI. The aim of these operations was to monitor American political organizations by way of infiltration and surveillance and to discredit and disrupt them if deemed necessary.
Tuskegee: The purpose of the study, explained at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tuskegee_Syphilis_Study, was to observe the effects of the disease (syphilis) when untreated, though by the end of the study, medical advancements meant it was entirely treatable. The men (let’s be clear, they were Black men) were not informed of the nature of the experiment, and more than one hundred died as a result. Only after a backlash, when people spoke up after thirty years of experiments, did the Clinton regime apologize. Pretty sure this didn’t make mainstream media!
Operation Northwoods: A false flag attack is where a country purposely commits terrorist attacks on its own people and then blames another country or group for the attacks.
The Stargate Project
HAARP: The former premier of Manitoba in 2021 tried to wake up people in a news conference as he dodged questions about ivermectin: https://home.solari.com/hero-of-the-week-november-7-2022-former-manitoba-pm-brian-pallister/.
Project Blue Beam
These are only a few, but I think you get the picture of how important it is to ask questions. Remember Wag the Dog? When MSM or politicians tell you to look somewhere, you want to be looking the other way at what they’re really doing behind the scenes.
